Planning Ahead

Pre-registration is not required. You can sign up (and sign a waiver) at the door.

What to wear

Wear your martial arts uniform, or whatever you normally train in. Changing rooms will be available this year! If you prefer, bring your training clothes, and change when you arrive. Participants can go barefoot, or wear training shoes.

What to bring

Bring a water bottle. You may bring snacks, or purchase them at the conference. Please don't bring valuables, as there will be a lot of people present.
